the ae-den recording room (where the most of the second album tracks are
going to be recorded) is eventually ended.
drum set is already inside.
MAY 13th 2009 - suoni di sè
after 7 months, the arrangement and rehearsal phase for the new album is
over. 11 new tracks are ready to be played live.
MAY 24th 2009 - suoni di sè
metronome and synchro tracks preparation is started.

wednesday morning the last piece of equipment
for the next album recording studio is arrived from germany
(a very big, very heavy and quite expensive vacuum tubes microphone)
from now on live gigs will be reduced to the
minimum, and rehearsals will be dedicated exclusively to the album pre-production.
the definitive recording sessions will start in june.

the 'officine della musica' gig planned for december 12th is cancelled because
lecco administration doesn't like these things.

the 'officine della musica' gig is now scheduled for friday december 12th,
but bureaucratic bad omens are still hanging over the place.
In the meanwhile we are continuing with the
preparation of the second album:

the 'officine della musica' gig scheduled for saturday 24th is postponed
because of bureaucratic bullshits just typical of the form of government
currently in charge in Italy.

we've been informed of a number of new gigs are scheduled. we still miss
precise data about where and when exactly, but we post them as son as we

we're buying the equipment for the second album recording studio. stuff
should arrive (from the US) within a few weeks.

a new era is beginning for aegocentro.
we started rehearsing the tracks for the second album (the arrangement process
being over months ago) and we started rehearsing first album tracks with
a laptop and audio soundtrack.

sara recovered enough for us to face tomorrow's concert. there's going to
be a lot of new material we prepared during last month.

the unlucky period goes on. sara is ill and unable to sing (and talk) so
we're forced to cancel the black crow's gig of this evening.
we can only hope, now, she's going to recover before the be bop gig.

the korner's gig is been cancelled for reasons beyond our will. we're trying
to get a new one as soon as possible.

we changed guitar player. we wish to the old good romeo good luck, in a
music genre closer to him (like jazz), and we welcome and hug sasà,
our new lead guitar.

after the music village adventure, we turn ourselves off for a christmas
break. we wish a happy christmas to the ones who believe in it, and an amazing

after a lot of changes, the korner gig is been scheduled on february 8th.
in the meanwhile another gig came out, on january 25th at the 'locomotiva'
in osnago. simone and sara will play as a duo. the performance is going
to be recorded and some track will end up in a compilation. we'll update
this news as soon as we'll know something more.

(unfortunately for a short time) the BeBop stage with us on saturday 10th.
we apologize again for the organizer alcoholic troubles and we wish double
happiness to fabio for his 40th birthday and for his future.. considering
the incoming 'news'.

the band GEORGE.
the song (also featuring maxx furian on brushes) will be included in the
next album of the band headed by giorgio merk.

JAMES BROWN is dead. without him, hip hop would not exist. the use of
loops in pop music wouldn't be like it is. the concept of musical show
wouldn't became what it is. funk drumming would have a totally different
evolution (we're talking about a guy who was experimenting jungle poli-rhythms
back in 1966). the evolution of black music sound wouldn't have its biggest
theorist. and also: have you ever seen him dancing? and also: have you
ever listened 'live at the apollo'? ian gillan is been created exclusively
out of that LP's furrows.
a grateful bow to the hardest working man in show businness.
